ST001 Stator handling balancer

Overview:
       Manually place the end cap on the tray, distinguish the direction of the stator, and use the balance crane to move the stator to the tray

ST002 Front cover & bearing press fitting

Overview:
    Manual end caps and bearings, automatic pressing

Composition: servo press, pressure displacement monitoring

Action description:
    Manually place the end cap and bearing on the tooling, start the button, the servo press will press the bearing in place, and monitor the pressure displacement during the press installation

ST003 Rotor handling

Overview:
    Manually place the rotor on the track, and the rotor is automatically assembled

Composition: loading track, turning tooling, handling tooling

Action description:
    The rotor is placed on the track manually, the rotating mechanism rotates the rotor, and the handling tool puts the rotor into the product

ST004 Rear end cover heating & bearing pressing

Overview:
    Manually put the end cap into the heating area, start the button, the end cap bearing chamber is heated, and the bearing is automatically pressed

Action Description:
     Manually put the end cover into the heating area, start the button, and the medium frequency induction heating coil heats the bearing chamber. After the heating is completed, the end cover is automatically transported to the press installation station, and the bearing is pressed into the end cover by the servo press

ST005 Airtight test

Overview:
    After the product is in place, the lower clamping tool will press the product tightly for airtight testing
