3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP420 Off-White is a toughened, two-part epoxy structural adhesive that provides good strength along with high impact and fatigue resistance to meet demanding bonding challenges. It can replace mechanical fasteners, screws, rivets and spot welds in many applications. It can be applied at high and low temperatures and the bonding can withstand paint bake operations up to 400°F for 60 minutes.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP460 is a toughened, two-part epoxy adhesive with a 2:1 mix ratio, 60 minute work life and handling strength in approximately four hours. This product provides a strong, durable bond to many surfaces, such as ceramics, metals, glass, wood and some plastics. When it comes to preparation and application, DP460 is straightforward and easy-to-use.
For easier mixing and application, use 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Plus II applicators with a duo-pak cartridge. UL-HB Certified, ASTM E162, ASTM E662, Bombardier SMP 800C, Boeing BSS 7239.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP810 is a toughened two-part, room-temperature curing acrylic adhesive specially formulated to bond oily metals, plastics, and other surfaces. With lower odor and non-flammable properties, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP810 contributes to a safer work environment compared to typical acrylic adhesives.
