Do you accept OEM & ODM?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. We can produce standard products under clients' brand or design personalized products based on client requirements.
Where is your factory location?
Our headquarter is located in Foshan city, Guangdong Province, and we have a branch in Liuzhou city, Guangxi Province.
What is your annual output capacity?
Our annual production capacity is 1,000,000 sets, and we have six production lines.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes, we provide technical support through manuals, online assistance, and on-site training. If required, our technical experts can visit your country for training (training cost to be paid by the customer).
Where is your main overseas market?
Our main overseas markets include Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia.
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit in advance and the balance of 70% before shipment. We also accept LC AT SIGHT.
How long is your Heat Pump delivery time?
Our Heat Pump delivery time is normally 50-65 days.
What is your MOQ? Do you accept small orders?
Small orders are acceptable. Feel free to contact us for more negotiation.
