| Shanghai Zhida Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established on November 25, 2010. In December 2014, cooperated with the listed company Zhongding Group, Zhida established Zhida Zhongding Automotive Charging Equipment Co., Ltd, an EV charging station production base in Xuancheng, Anhui, which complies with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards.
