You can see the temperature change curve timely on the PLC system. This curve can be download to your computer for further research and analysis.
After you set up the program, the system will start its work as the program, and this automatic system will prevent packaging deformation effectively.
The record of the sterilization history will be recorded on a memory card which allowed you to printer them any time. Also, you can see the temperature curve from the touch screen.
Introduction of the Full Automatic Control Cabinet
Be composed of three parts:
-- Touched Screen:
It is easy to know the operation state of the sterilizer any time by the process flow chart of the touched screen. When it is in the state of manual drive, we can directly click the button of touched screen of each pneumatic valve and pump to operate manually.
-- Micro procedure controller: It can be breezily input each sterilizing parameter to the touched screen installed interface. It can also be locked in case that others confuse the procedure. The controller can store more than 200 sterilizing process, each of which can be divided into 19 steps to satisfy different sterilizing formulas.
-- Paperless Recorder: Record the collected temperature, time, pressure, F ration of sterilize

In manual type, you will get a full set retort DN1200*3000, you can use this machine after installed in your factory, just manual control. All the needed baskets trolley are offered with the machine including cooling water and hot water circulation pump, needed pipes;.
When machine working, you need to
- control the sterilization temperature by hand,
- control the working pressure by hand,
- control the sterilization time by hand,
- control cooling temperature by hand
- control the cooling time by hand
- control the 2 pumps by hand
- control the compressed air by hand
….. Everything you want the machine to do, you need to control by hand.
In PLC control type, we offer you the same accessories as the manual type, just all the related valves are pneumatic control rather than manual control. And the control system is not a normal control box; you will get a PLC control type control cabinet with touch screen.
When the machine working, what you need to do is
- start the PLC control system
- Input the working pressure, sterilization temperature, sterilization time, cooling temperature, cooling time on the touch screen.
- Click the "start" on the touch screen
When the sterilization finished, system will alarming to tell you to stop the system.
