Audited Supplier Car carrier trailers are vehicles designed for transporting cars. They come in three types: double-axle dual-tire, double-axle single-tire, and single-axle dual-tire. Carriers can be skeleton type, semi-enclosed type, or enclosed type.
The length of the car carrier trailer can be customized to meet customer needs, with a welded I-beam frame. The body is welded using full-automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. Shot blasting treatment is applied post-welding to enhance quality and appearance. The upper chassis is adjustable in height using a hoist and hydraulic cylinder.
Enclosed types feature a front panel with stamped small corrugated plates and sides with small or stamped corrugated plates. Poles and a cover are included on the top. Additional features include a toolbox, spare tire rack, and drip brake system for enhanced safety during transportation.
