2BE Series Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors

The liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors of 2BE series are high-affiance and energy-saving products developments and production experiences over the years combining with the advanced international technique of similar products. They are usually used to suction the gas without solid particle, undisclosed and noncorrosive gas in order to form negative pressure in the closed container. By changing the fluid parts material, they can also be used to suction corrosive gas or use corrosive liquid as operating liquid such as the PPS thermal spray coating obtained national patent.
These single-stage and single-acting pumps are simple in structure, convenient in maintaining, reliable in operating, efficient and energy-saving. They can run under tough working conditions with large drainage discharge and charging load impact. 2BE vacuum pumps adopt unique flexible discharge structure for their exhaust systems. Each valve plate is covered on vents in outer side of a port plate and fixed by stainless steel baffle at its other side. Curvature of the valve plate is covered on vents in outer side of a port plate and fixed by a stainless changes with inlet pressure so that pumping medium can be discharged when it reaches the inlet pressure. Such structure avoids over-compression in a vacuum system and automatically adjusts exhausting area to lower power consumption, thus a best operating affiance can be obtained.

We make system optimization design for the key parts, such as distributing plate, impeller and pump shaft and simplify the structure, improve the performance thus realize the energy saving. We adopt welding impellers and the blades are machining by primacy punch mould with rational molded lines. The entire hubs are processed to solve the problem of dynamic and static balance fundamentally. The impeller is heated to be close fit with the pump shaft which makes the performance reliable and operation stable. After the impeller is welded, the whole will carry through well heat treatment and the blades have well ductility therefore the impact resistance of the blades and the bend resistance can be ensured to fit the bad working condition of load impact fluctuation.

2BE series pumps with gas and water separator set up suction and discharge ports in many places. The discharge valve check and repair window is set up in the pump over.
