Applicaition
1.Widely used for oil&gas, petrochemical plants, large explosion-proof warehouse, oil depot, oil tank, petro station and factory road lighting.
2.Replace for traditional metal halid lamp, high pressure sodium lamp 400W, 250W and 150W according to different lighting distribution.
LED explosion proof light features:
1. Aluminum plate

3. Transparency

4. LED driver.

5. Lamp Housing Material
Currently, the main common lamps use die casting aluminum(ADC12), Our products are made of extruded aluminum(6063-T5 by hardering). The thermal conductivity of aluminum extrusion is more than 2 times aluminum die-casting .The thermal conductivity of ADC12 is 96.2(W/m.K) ,extruded aluminum (6063)is 209(W/m.K).
Copper content of die-cast aluminum ADC12 is (1.5 to 3.5)%, copper content of extruded aluminum is 0.1%. therefore named copper-free aluminum,its corrosion resistance is stronger. It can be used in humid marine environment And corrosive atmospheres.
6. Accessory
Stainless steel material for screw nut, multi-core cable stainless steel material for screw nut:
screw nut outside the light housing, choosing SUS304 stainless steel , imported from Japan.
If need to satisfy the requirement of special corrosion sites, can change to SUS316 (higher corrosion resistance, the price is slightly higher, adding Mo on the basis of SUS304.
