20T Self-Adjustable Steel Roller Rotator Pipe Welding Machines
The turning rolls rotator can be classified into single motor and dual-motor turning rolls depending on the number of drive motors used.
Each set of rotating rolls is made up of two mechanical and two electrical components, while the mechanical component is made up of two driven and two initiative components.
The initiative roller's motor and speed reducer are operating in synchronism, allowing for stepless speed changes with a frequency conversion speed regulating controller and low noise mechanical transmission. The workpiece is rotating steadily, with stepless linear speed regulation.
With the use of four groups of shaped frames, ZTG type Automatic 20T welding turning rotators can automatically regulate the diameter of the workpiece within a fixed range, which can save labor costs and increase productivity.
