OUR EQUIPMENT
As the first company in China to improt the bottomer ad*starKON in 2009, we gathered rich experience in bag making and a deep understanding of differentiated bags in specific industries. Top equipment, 100% virgin Polypropylene material, more than 30,000 metric tons annual throughput. That provides a reliable guarantee for the subsequent production of high-quality packaging bags.
Bopp Bags are woven laminated bags made from Polypropylene and provide excellent printing and graphics to be printed on them.
These are available in a wide range of standard and custom designs and sizes. BOPP bag has different layers in the bag and they are also known as Multi-layer bag, PP woven fabric is one of the layers in the bag, Firstly we prepare a multi-colored BOPP film through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology. Then it is laminated with PP woven fabrics and finally, the cutting and stitching are done as per the requirements.

You can choose types of bottom and top according to your demand!
According to our customers' specific requirements, we can make bags in multi-function, bags in tubular shape or with back seam, bags in offset print, gravure print, in the external valve or internal valve, bag valve fabric can be in woven fabric or customized such like non-woven fabric, In order to easily find the filling spout, we can make a different color of the valve fabric to make it more visible for workers.
The air permission can be customized according to the filling stuff, and the speed of the filling machine.
For some materials has a higher requirement of moisture-proof, we can combine the pp woven fabric together with the kraft paper and make a two layers bag.

Packaging:
Bale packing: 500,1000pcs/bale or customized. Free of charge.
Wooden Pallet packing: 5000pcs per pallet.
Export carton packing: 5000pcs per carton.
Loading:
1. For 20ft container, will load about:10-12tons.
2. For a 40HQ container, will load about 22-24tons.
1.How can the customer get a reference quotation?
Please kindly send us the following factors like: bag size, loading weight, fabric weight, or send us the pictures.
2.Is the sample free or not?
The existing sample is free to offer, the customer need to charge the freight. We can provide u the similar sample to u to check.
3.What is the payment term and delivery time?
(1)100% irrevocable L/C;
(2)30% depvsit by T/T, the balance paid against copy B/L;
(3)for regular client, we have better payment terms.
