The Shean (Cangzhou) Corp., Ltd. machine is designed for filling various beverages such as milk, juice, and soymilk. It offers automatic form feed-sterilize-filling-shaping-sealing functionality, making it efficient and convenient to use.
The machine is equipped with a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) that displays in both English and Chinese. This intuitive interface allows for easy operation and minimizes the chances of errors.
With its automatic operation, the machine handles all the necessary steps seamlessly. It runs over the scroll smoothly, adds batch numbers, applies plastic tape, performs chemical and physical sterilization, rolls the product into a cylinder, fills the material, seals it off, molds, cuts, and forms a horn-shaped final product.
Unlike traditional roundness systems, our machine utilizes a patented rectangular forming method. This unique system ensures stable operation, reliable functionality, and a perfect exterior appearance of the product.
The packaging material is treated with unheated *** for 1-2 seconds. The *** is then dried on the packaging using ultraviolet light. Finally, the product enters the sterile warehouse for vertical sealing.
Please note that this machine does not have a sterile air chamber. It is suitable for acidic juices, water, red wine, and other acidic beverages. The acidity of these liquids inhibits the growth of bacteria. Therefore, it is not recommended for milk, fresh juice, soy milk, coconut milk, and other liquids with high protein and sugar content.
