1-Product introduction:
ABSORB DRY 2 desiccant is Topcod's latest research achievements, it won several national patents, and it has realized the revolutionary breakthrough in the field of desiccant. Its moisture absorption capacity of more than 150% and the formation of solid substance after absorbing moisture are the most prominent characteristics of the effective curing desiccant. The traditional container desiccant will flow as liquid form after absorbing 150% moisture, easy to cause leakage corrosion. ABSORB DRY 2 desiccant uses nano-gel material to allow hydration reaction occurred in the water absorption process. By these hydrates in a certain way by a variety of gravitational lap and bonding to each other to form a solid structure, resulting in curing.
How does condensation occur in the car lamp?
In the rainy season or winter,when the headlights are off, the temperature inside the lamp group drops, and the water molecules in the air are easily sucked into the cavity of the lamp group through the vent holes. When the temperature inside the headlight lamp chamber is not balanced, the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the lampshade is too large, the water molecules in the humid air will gather from the high temperature to the low temperature,to enhance the humidity of these parts, and then condense on the inner lamp cover surface.
The harm of headlights condensation:
On the weather conditions with large temperature difference between day and night or high humidity, it is very annoying if the condensation occurs. It not only affects the light transmittance of the car headlights, but also makes the lighting effect dim and dark, even difficult to clarify road conditions. There is no way to issue warning signals, which poses a huge hidden danger to driving safety. In addition, the condensation of the headlights makes it easy to form astigmatism, which does not form the proper focus, causing glaring light pollution to the opposite direction of the vehicle; even worse, it is also susceptible to corrosion of the relevant electrical components of the lamp set, destroying the optical effects of the light group, affecting the service life of related parts in the long run.
2-Product's 7 core technologies:
- Curing after moist: With the progress of moisture absorption, the absorbed moisture and the desiccant undergo a curing reaction to form a massive solid. The problem of leakage can be completely solved.
- No water releasing: ABSORB DRY 2 desiccant is predatory chemical hygroscopic, some of the absorbed water is firmly locked in the form of crystal water, and the other part is involved in the solidification reaction which converts into a solid substance. Once the moisture is absorbed, it is difficult to release the water into the environment, so that a stable and dry environment can be maintained.
- All day working: It can work as usual under the conditions of -10 ºC -80 ºC , RH 10%-99%.
- Complete moisture absorption: As long as the air contains water, it can be completely plundered over if the usage of desiccant is appropriate. The feature of creating extremely dry environment is especially suitable for environmentally demanding storage and transportation of products.
- Efficient and durable: Ultra-fast speed of moisture absorbing can make the ambient humidity quickly drops to the ideal humidity, large amount of moisture absorption (maximum moisture absorption rate of more than 170% of its self weight, depending on the species.) can ensure the persistence of moisture absorption, sustainable at room temperature and humidity for 60-90 days.
- More economical: the effect is 5-7 times more than silica gel desiccant (due to variety), significantly reducing costs and resource consumption.
- Environmentally friendly: The raw materials used are non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free active ingredients widely present in nature. This product does not contain dimethyl fumarate and cobalt chloride, 100% biodegradable, in full compliance with the EU RoHS, REACH and other standards.
