Product Description
The whole production line: SJ65/30 single screw extruder, SJ45/30 single screw extruder, SJ25/25 single screw extruder, coextrusion mould, vacuum spray setting machine, Cooling tank, traction machine, cutting machine, piling bin and electrical control system. Producing pipe diameter is φ 20-φ 63. Total machine power is 100KW. Total length is 2300mm.
The machine barrel of the extruder adopt grooved barrel in the feed zone. It obviously improve the capacity. For making sure the plasticize quality, the screw adopt the separated screw. In that case, the fused material pass the backlash of the screw thread pair to liquid phase zone from the soild material. We make sure that only the fused material can pass the backlash of the screw thread pair. So it also ensure only fused material can get into the head of screw. Meanwhile, there is exhaust valve pin to make the material uniform and Obviously reduce the Radial difference in temperature, Lower the material temperature
The machine head adopt spiral head, and it can improve the pipe strength. The Vacuum tank and spray tank material is Stainless steel and engineering plastic.
