The Egg Tray production line is mainly combined by THREE PARTS:
1. Pulping system: Use waste paper and water as raw material and pulp up;
2. Forming system: The pulped material being delivered to Product Tray molds, and forming to the Product Tray plate shape;
3. Drying system: The formed Product Tray plate being delivered to Dryer, and come up to Completed Strong Product Tray plate The drying system is with one boiler.
The drying system can use electricity, diesel, coal, natural gas as energy. Customers must first confirm which kind of energy they will use before our production. If you don't want this drying system, it is also OK.

Process flow as follows:
♦Pulping system::Put the waste paper into the hydraulic pulper. After about 40 minutes' high consistency mixing, the waste paper will be made into rough pulp. The proportion is 1(paper):3(water).
·Then the rough pulp will flow into the homogenization pool. The rough pulp will be refined further by the pulp beater in the homogenization pool.
·The appropriate concentration of the pulp will flow into the finished pulp to supply paper pulp to the forming machine.
♦Forming system: By pulp pump, the finished pulp will be transported into the paper tray forming machine.
·Under the suction power of vacuum pump, the pump will be adsorbed up on molds to form egg tray.
·Under the blowing force of air compressor, the formed egg tray will drop off from molds.
♦Drying system: The formed Product Tray plate being delivered to Dryer, and come up to Completed Strong Product Tray plate

Our production line has Fully Automatic and Semi Automatic two types , both have computer control system.
If you don't want this drying system, it is also OK. Then you will have to do the work of drying up the product trays manually.
Our machine can be designed to make different products at same time by one Working Table (with 2 Molds or even 3 molds

Packing process
With hot press machine, we can squeeze large amounts of egg trays into together. Thereafter, egg trays will be packaged in the desired way. Also, it is convenient for conveying egg trays after hot press.
