ST001 steel strip feeding

Overview: Servo motor traction steel belt discharge.

The servo motor drives the rollers, and the steel belt is conveyed by friction between the rollers.
 

ST002 steel strip cutting

Overview: The steel strip is segmented by the cutting knife driven by the gas-hydraulic pressurized cylinder.

Composition: gas-liquid pressurization cylinder, cutting module.

Brief description of action:
After the steel strip is fed to the specified length, the cutting die group moves. The cutting knife is driven by the gas-liquid pressurized cylinder to cut the steel strip.

ST003 Chamfer cutting

Overview: This module cuts the specified shape chamfer at the end of the steel strip.

Composition: gas-liquid pressurization cylinder, chamfer cutting module.

Brief description of action:
After the steel strip is segmented, cut the set chamfer at the end of the steel strip.
 

ST004 Steel belt is bent

Overview: The steel strip is bent through this module.

Composition: gas-liquid pressurization cylinder, bending module

Brief description of action:
After the steel strip is segmented, the steel head should be bent by 2mm to fix the steel strip in the press turntable.
 

ST005 Press turntable

Overview: The rotary table is driven by a servo motor to wind the steel strip.

Composition: servo motor, product mold, fixed elbow clamp

Brief description of action:
Select the mold according to the model, and use a fixed elbow clamp to fix the steel strip. The servo motor drives the mold rotation to wind the steel strip.

ST006 Welding module

Overview: Fixed welding of the wound steel strip is performed using a welding torch.

Composition: argon arc welding machine, welding gun fixed module.

Brief description of action:
When the steel strip is wound to the last layer, the steel strip is welded and fixed according to the preset fixing Angle to ensure that it is secure and no packing phenomenon
