15KV High-frequency Spark tester
Our model SS015K High-frequency Spark tester is a kind of fast and reliable detector, which can be used to precisely detect the broken skin, pinhole and bare copper of the conductor of the various wire and cable. It can detect the defective layer without damaging the inside electrical conductor. By using high frequency (3KHz) and
high volte electrode tip to replace traditional (50/60HZ) high voltage electrode tip of power frequency, its
dimension of electrode tip can be decreased by 50 times. Moreover it has a higher level of sensitivity when
being used. This device developed based on Taiwan, Europe andAmerican technology combination is
very reliable and smart.
Function brief introduction:
- Fast recover detection status after detecting electrical conductor failure (about 0.1 second)
- The size of electrode tip is 50 times smaller than the traditional frequency (50Hz)
- Output high-frequency voltage can be adjustable freely at the range 0.1-15.0 KV R.M.S. (effective
value)
- Detected high-frequency voltage can be adjustable freely at the range 0.5-15.0 KV R.M.S. (effective
value)
- Limit failure current in order not to damage testing device
- Instantaneous spark produced won't destroy the good insulation of cable conductor.
