Jacton Industry offers 150KN motor operated screw jack,electrical screw jack lift mechanism,motorised lifting jack,15 ton electric actuator meet your requirements. Electric screw jack actuators can be used to lift, pull, move, or align any type of load with perfect synchronism, which is difficult to achieve with other types of actuators.They can be applied either with vertical mountings facingup or down, or with horizontal mountings.Every type screw jack can be adapted with Ac motor, gearmotor, Dc motor, Servo motor, Stepper motor by Flange adaptor.
Motorized screw jacks 15 tons(150KN) load capacity with a compact and versatile cubic housing, self locking ACME screw diameter 60 mm, pitch(lead) 9mm, upright mount, travelling nut type, stroke 1000mm, ratio 9:1, custom plain end, right side motor flange. Accessories include three-phase motor with IEC B5 flange(4KW, 380V/50HZ/3PH), and copper travel nut.

Cubic Screw Jack 150kN Lifting Capacity Features:
1. Upright or inverted installation with maximum static lifting capacity 150kN.
2. Self-locking with no need brake or lock mechanisms to hold position. 
3. 60mm diameter lifting screw, 9mm lead acme screw (single start acme thread).
4. Available in 9:1 and 36:1 ratios.
5. Custom travel lengths from 30mm to 3500mm. 
6. Translating screw (travelling screw jacks), keyed screw for anti-rotation, and rotating screw with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
7. Worm screw is rotated by a hand wheel with handle (manual screw jack) or by a electric motor (electric screw jack). 
8. Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gears and couplings etc.

Cubic screw jack 150kn lifting capacity main components with international standard materials: The main components are trapezoidal lifting screw (worm screw) with C45 steel material, worm gear or travelling nut with bronze material, worm shaft with heat treatment C45 steel material, thrust bearings, grease seals and gear housing with ductile iron.

Cubic Screw Jack 150kN Lifting Capacity Specifications
1. Conditions: 20% running time/60 minutes or 30% running time/10 minutes, 20 °C ambient temperature. Maximum allowable input power 5.5kw, when your selection is exceed the maximum input power, the operational restrictions due to thermal limits. you will need to choose the bigger size screw jacks in order to allow effective heat dissipation. 
2. Nm=input torque required, kW=input power required. 
3. H=high ratio 9:1 (1mm stroke for one input turn), L=slow ratio 36:1 (0.25mm stroke for one input turn).
4. Selection of screw jacks using above figures should only be carried out in consultation with Jacton engineers.
