1, Equipment Overview
A specialized model designed and developed for the welding of lithium-ion batteries (communication power batteries, energy storage, etc.). After being equipped with appropriate fixtures, this series of systems can complete laser welding of aluminum sheets with liquid injection holes for square battery shell covers.

Manual feeding → Cylinder compression → Press the start button and wait for welding →After welding is completed, the cylinder is released → Manual material collection, cycle operation.

2. Compressed air: 0.2~0.8MPa, with a pressure fluctuation of ± 1% (clean air after water removal, oil free, filtration, and pressure stabilization);
