10 Tons Double Beam Overhead Travelling Crane with Hoist Trolley
LH type electric hoist bridge crane with CD, MD and other forms of electric hoist (mould factory can be matched with electric chain hoist) supporting the use of a light crane running on rails, its lifting capacity is suitable for less than 20 tons, the working environment temperature in the range of -25 ºC ~ 40 ºC. lda type electric single girder crane for general purpose cranes, mostly used for Mechanical manufacturing, assembly, material yards, warehouses and other fixed span to move materials, installation and maintenance equipment.
LH type electric single girder cranes are mainly composed of the following parts:
1,Metal structure part.
The main beam is generally made of steel plate calendered into a u-shaped channel and welded with I-beam to form a box-shaped solid web beam. The crossbeam is also made of steel plate calendered into a u-shaped groove, large tonnage and large span using steel plate butt welding, and then group welding into a box-shaped solid web beam, for storage and transportation convenience, the main beam is connected with m20 degree bolts.
2,Electric hoist:
Electric hoist can choose wire rope electric hoist, can also choose chain electric hoist, there are single and double speed, lifting heavy objects along the main beam longitudinal movement.
3,Running mechanism:
The trolley running mechanism adopts separate driving form, by the conical rotor with its own brake motor or electromagnetic brake solid rotor motor to complete, the reduction device adopts closed gear reduction, the trolley running speed can first use 20, 30, 45 m / min running speed.
