If item is defective within 3-5 years, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you need to pay for whole shipping freight. Special situation could be discussed with us.

A3: We are working with four QC processes to guaranty the quality: 1. For raw materials; 2. During the half of production; 3.Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours; 4. QC selects inspection of the packaged products

A4: First, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us, and then we will replace new ones for free.

A5: Yes, we can do OEM & ODM, logo on the light or package both is available.
