Biomass pellet raw material peanut shell, straw, sawdust, rice husk, corn stalk, bark, etc.
The biomass pellets are subjected to cold compaction molding of raw materials such as biomass straw and forestry waste after being pulverized by a press roll and a ring die under normal temperature conditions. The density of raw materials is generally 0.1-0.13kg/m3, and the particle density after molding is 1.1-1.3kg/m3, which is convenient for storage and transportation, and greatly improves the combustion performance of biomass.
Biomass particle use:
1) The feed of livestock in large farms is easy to store and transport;
2) Civil heating and living energy, clean, non-polluting, easy to store and transport;
3) Industrial boilers and kiln fuels, replacing coal and gas, to solve environmental pollution;
4) It can be used as fuel for gasification power generation and thermal power generation to solve the problem of shutting down small thermal power plants.
