A2: We can accept sample order before bulk order, FREE SAMPLES of someproducts can be sent on request.
Q3: How to confirm the products quality before placingorders?
A3: We manufacture the ingredients in our own factory, so the quality is strictlycontrolled from raw material to storage. Also for each batch we will have sampleto-record, COA first for you to check the specification and we test every batch ofour product by HPLC, UV, GC, andTLC etc. We also cooperate with independentthird party lab such as SGS, PONY etc.
Q4: How will you deliver the goods?
A4: We have strong cooperation with DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, China Air Post. For bulk products, we can ship it by air to your airport or directly to yourdoor. For container products, we can do sea shipping. You also can chooseyour own shipping forwarder.
Q5: How do you treat quality complaint?
A5: All our products are strictly tested by our QC, and confirmed by QA. Unqualified material will not be released to customer. In case any qualityproblem is confirmed to be caused by us, we will replace the goods orrefund your payment immediately.
