Shanghai Valqua Fluorocarbon Products Co., Ltd. Was founded in August 1995. In January 2011, (with Nippon Valqua Industries Ltd. 's own financing and investments from Daikin Industries Ltd. Valqua and Daikin merged into a new JV. Shanghai Valqua is located in Songjiang Industrial Zone, Shanghai, production and sale of fluorine plastic products.
