Main products are hydraulic hose like braid hose and spiral hose up to 6 wires, industrial hose like concrete hose, drilling hose, etc. With updated technology, hoses are reached to high pressure, small flexibility and long life with abroad application like underground coal mining, agriculture, machinery and oil drilling, etc.

UGW hose manufacture was established in 2013, factory former experience was also a hose manufacturer with over 20 years. With continuously developing now UGW has rank up to one of the TOP qualify manufactures in China. Products has sell over 30 countries with sustained good reputation. We have long-standing contracts with SANY Group, Zoomlion. Our factory has 4 crimping machine, 2 Italy bimal impulse test machines, USA Magnatech braid/spiral machine (75 braid machines, 9 spiral machines ) and 6 vulcanization. Therefore, our factory can handle several facets of the hose manufacturing process: From the amalgamation of rubber, braiding and spiraling to machining, assembly and testing. By controlling all aspects of production from 5 years skilled workers, such as I. D. /O. D. Check, rubber tensile/hardness testing and impulse test continuously, we are able to ensure the most strict quality.
