Wuxi Shenxi Honeycomb Machinery Factory was started by Mr. Zhou Jianxin in year of 1999 as the sole proprietorship enterprise in Wuxi (120km away from Shanghai) Paper honeycomb and edge board machineries was and have been initial and only business since beginning.

Mr. Ralph Zhou, as the second generation of Family business owner, mainly focus in incorporating automatic system in honeycomb production processes to improve the production capacity, efficiency. Besides, Ralph, by his special Language and technical ability, is leading Shenxi team works globally.

Now shenxi is famous for its professional technique design, project service support and excellent after sales service and quick response to customer all over the world.

Now our products covers: 1. Honeycomb core machine, 2. Honeycomb panel lamination machine, 3. Honeycomb expanding machine, 4. Honeycomb converting machineries, like honeycomb slitting machine, honeycomb die cutting machine, honeycomb pressing machine, 5. Edge board machine.

Now our company focus on 6mm thickness of honeycomb panel, which can be used as the replacement of corrugating sheets in some areas, which is stronger and material save.

Besides, we also supplied the special IKEA pallet feet machine, which use 50mm honeycomb panel to make the pallet feet, as strong as wood material, but 100% recycle.

In the year of 2019, our 51% machines were exported to Europe, USA, India etc different countries and areas. The turnover of 2019 of our whole company is around 5 million USD. With the updates of people's concept about environment protection, shenxi's honeycomb machinery is more and more popular around the world.

Wuxi Shenxi Honeycomb Machinery has the certificate of CE in the year of 2011 for honeycomb paperboard production line. Shenxi honeycomb has passed through the ISO 9001: 2008 quality control system and Inspected by SGS report in 2014.

On the other hand, making the paper honeycomb machinery more automatic, higher speed, more stable is Shenxi's mission. Shenxi has applied over 30 patents since 2010 and got the High Technology Enterprise in Wuxi City in the year of 2013.

Our company is only has 35 employees, but we have 3 mechanical engineers special for designing the latest honeycomb machinery. And 3 electric engineers, to make the electric system for our line, make it more automatic and advanced according to customer feedback by ourselves. And 6 installation engineers, special for domestic and international installation and after-sales service.
