1)Founded in 2003, Binovo has been specialized in designing, manufacturing, and selling tools, knives and flashlights for over 20 years, We have constructed a sophisticated production system, presenting a powerful manufacturing capability and becoming a strategic partner of many famous knife and tool.

2)Our factory area is 50000M² , and we have more than 600 employees.

3)We have a strong R&D team with more than 30 senior engineers and designers and a technology center where 28 engineers are involved in Research and Development for the new products. So we can support OEM, ODM service, one development period from the beginning to the start of mass production is 4-6 months. All related files are confidential.

5)We have passed the ISO9001, ISO14001 and HOSAS18001. With our good quality, special design and good service, we have built good relationship with many of the international brands and companies. 6)For Injection Line, 17 Machines among which one is two-colour injection machine and six with mechanical arms to ensure the production efficiency as well as the quality stability.

7)For Stamping Line, 45 machines among which 7 are fine blanking machine and the largest punching force reaches 500T. To improve the production capacity, there are already three sets of continuous flow machines have been come into use. All the cutting, drilling and shaping could be finished in one line.

8)For Wire Cutting Line, we have 26 machines.

9)For CNC, 18 machines among which 5 are equipped with mechanical arms.

10)For Grinding Line, 40 machines including single-sided grinding, double-sided grinding, computer-controlled single-sided grinding, serration grinding and vertical milling.

11)For Polishing Line, 38 machines including polishing and sharpening. According with the social responsibility standard, each polishing machine is equipped with a dust catcher so as to ensure a dust free circumstance for the workers.

12)For Quality Control, we have Incoming QC, In process QC, Finished product QC, Outgoing QC.

13)For our Annual Output, knives products would be 4, 000, 000PCS/year, multi tools would be 1, 500, 000PCS/year, Other products would be 2, 500, 000PCS/year (other products mean Carabiners, Keychain tools, Kitchen Gadgets, Mini EDC tools, etc).
