RHONG is a manufacturer of eco-friendly stainless steel products with well-equipped testing facilities and strong technical and production capabilities.

RHONG has a production area of 8.6 hectares and a full-automatic robotic production line, with the daily production capacity of 150, 000 units. Meanwhile, it has two kinds of processes: Stretching and hydroforming. It can control the whole process from steel coil raw materials to finished products with high quality. The factory has complete production and manufacturing capacity, including 26 injection molding machines, 9 pipe making machines, 40 hydroforming machines, 143 stretching machines, 13 metal processing lines, 36 production lines in polishing workshop, 10 laser welding machines, 102 argon arc welding machines, 9 sets of vacuum furnaces, 2 automatic external painting lines, 1 automatic external spraying line, 1 automatic internal spraying line, 10 laser marking machines, 2 3D printers, and 12 packaging lines...
