LUAN JIANGHUAI MOTOR Co., Ltd formerly known as the Luan motor factory, which was founded in the year 1969 and changed to the joint-stock company in 2002. It was appointed by the former national machinery ministry as the professional chief factory for small and medium-size motor.

WUXI SHENGDA MOTORS Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LUAN JIANGHUAI MOTOR Co., Ltd. It mainly serves as the headquarters' sales, logistics and after-sales service center in East China, and provides convenient and high-quality services to customers in East China.
