Our History

KOJO was established since 2006, aims to "promote the application of scientific material, promote human green life", focuses on R & D and production and application for the WPC material for interior decoration. With more than 10 years of rich experience in the application of WPC material and perfect WPC production technology, combined with the technology advantages of deep processing for decorative building materials, with the integration of research, production and sales, KOJO is one of the largest manufactures which focuses on WPC material development in China for interior decoration.

Our Factory

Anhui KOJO New Material Technology Co., Ltd(Anhui longer decoration material Co., Ltd, ), is the production base for KOJO in Cizhou city, Anhui province, which covers area of more than 120 acres. Factory and office area is more than 80000 square meters. It has four major production sections: WPC raw material extrusion production center, Finishing production center, The finished waterproof WPC door production center, WPC wall&ceiling system manufacturing center.

Production Equipment

1. WPC raw material extrusion production center: 60 WPC extrusion lines, 3 lines of WPC door panel extrusion, more than 900 sets WPC extrusion mold.

2. Finishing production center: 40 cold glue coating production lines, 6 PUR hot glue coating production lines, 2 PUR coating production line for flat panel, equipped with strong finishing process ability, professional for creating various and high quality eco-friendly finishing.

3. The finished waterproof WPC door production center: Equipped with automatic UV painting production line, advanced and Environmental paint processing technology, we can provide high-quality WPC waterproof painting doors; And use the most advanced PUR weatherable wrapping process to provide a wide variety of WPC laminated door.

4. WPC wall&ceiling system manufacturing center: Keeping up with the needs of the times and providing systematic solutions for the wall&ceiling, it makes change to the traditional hand-made and cumbersome field fabrication wall production, and now we have hundreds species and over 30 kinds of decorative surfaces for wall&ceiling, it has formed continuous and stable standard modular production and supply system.
