Shanghai Jiangyi Precision Parts Co., Ltd has been established since June 2015. With a professional background and 10 years of average working year, we are a group of young people committed to promoting the development of precision manufacturing in China.

Currently our business scope covers turning(automatic lathe and CNC lathe), cold heading, injection molding, stamping and casting. Of course, the turning and injection are still the most of our core part of the business. We are concentrating on the non-standard and customized precision machining products and parts.

For the early stage of product design, we are able to provide process analysis and technical support. When the project is launched, we can supply the samples. Full professional service and support are guaranteed until mass production.

Turning

There are different brands of CNC machine tools and lathes, such as Tsugami, Citizen, Nomura, Miyano from Japan and so on.

The turning diameter for Tsugami, Citizen and Nomura machine tools ranges from 2mm to 26mm and working precision is 0.005mm. For the Miyano CNC lathe, the maximum turning diameter can reach 42mm and its machine accuracy is 0.01mm. There is also the automatic lathe from Taiwan whose turning diameter range is from 2mm to 20mm and the accuracy is 0.01mm.

There are various material for turnery such as plain carbon Steel(20#, 45#), free-cutting steel(1215), stainless steel(SUS303, SUS304, SUS316, SUS420), brass(C3604), aluminum(6061) and so on.

Cold Heading

The main facilities are multi-stations cold heading machines and thread rolling machines. M1.0 -M8 standard and non-standard screws are machinable.

Injection Molding

We now have the injection molding machine from L. K. Group from Hong Kong. Its tonnage ranges from 50t -300t.
