Zhangjiagang Hua Dong Boiler Co., Ltd. (as called HDB for short) was founded in 1985, which is a professional manufacturer of boiler spare parts, such as fin tubes, economizers, super-heater and re-heater, boiler water wall panels, boiler manifold headers, and boiler steam drums for industrial boilers. HDB also provide turnkey service for our customers from design, manufacturing, installation to maintenance.

The Company covers an area of 60, 063 square meters of plant area and has fixed assets of 260 million yuan. The Company has more than 200 employees, including more than 52 engineering and technical personnel, more than 150 qualified welders and 30 professional inspectors (including NDT RT-III personnel).

Products' quality is ensured by advanced and excellent facilities and manufacturing equipment. HDB has introduced more than 400 sets advanced processing and inspection equipment such as: Heat Treatment Furnace, CNC Cutting Machine, Water wall Panel Workshop (Submerged Arc Welding and Panel Bending), Serpentine Pipe Workshop, Fin tube workshop auto line, Fiber laser cutting machine, hydro press and so on.

All of these come from our strict quality requirements, persistence and responsibility to our customers, and image-building of enterprises' brand. HDB holds the manufacturing licenses for Grade A boilers issued by Chinese General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and also holds the "S" "U" and "NB" stamps issued by American Society of Mechanical Engineers, meanwhile we have passed the certification of I S O 9001, EN I S O 3834-2.
