2024:

In 2024, a new processing factory was established in Japan, with monthly output increasing from 50, 000 to 100, 000 pieces. The factory also provides various sizes of film stripping, cleaning and polishing services.

2023:

The new factory has been put into operation which can provide dummy wafers in various sizes from 2 inches to 12 inches. Currently, the monthly capacity for 12 inch polished wafers is 50, 000 pieces.

2018:

We expanding our capacity in 2018, set up another 10ea new polishing machines to improve the processing efficiency and quality.
