1985: GROMAX Technology Co., Ltd. Was established in Taiwan in 1985 and specializes in the production of CNC machining centers. It integrates research development, production, sales, and service, pays attention to every production link, strictly requires forquality, and provides customers with stable and reliable products.

2004: In October 2004, a manufacturing center was established in Dongguan, Guangdong, specializing in the production of vertical machining centers.

2014: In October 2014, a comprehensive production base was established in Ma'anshan, Anhui, specializing in the production of vertical and horizontal machining centers.

2019: In May 2019, a casting production base and a gantry machining center production base were established in Ji'an, Jiangxi.

2020: In April 2020, a vertical machining center production base was established in Changshu, Jiangsu.

2024: In April 2024, an oversea business management branch was established in Ningbo, Zheiiang Province
