In 2003, AGHG established a wholly owned subsidiary in Taishan, Guangdong, China-Taishan AGHG Aloe Products Co., Ltd (Taishan AGHG). Taishan AGHG's organic Aloe Vera plantations, located in Taishan, Guangdong Province and Hainan Province, cover approximately 4500 Mu (750 acres). Taishan AGHG has become the only vertically integrated high-tech enterprise in China that specializes in growing organic Aloe Vera, developing and producing high quality aloe skin care and health care products, and marketing its products in the United States, China, and globally.
