3. The down payment of biochemical instrument which equals to the instrument purchasing value is required to import the instrument.

4. Customer import large-packaged Likang reagents as chemical raw material, no certification required, and the purchasing payment will be deducted from customer's down payment to null.

5. Customers with the biochemical reagent certification can subpackage the large-packaged reagent in the factory
