We controlled filament quality and tolerance as below five steps.

Step one: 58um Stainless steel filters to ensure no impurities

Step two: Online observation and warning.

Step three: Control diameter. We have patents to controlled tolerance under +-0.03mm.

Step four: Filament Quality inspection by QC.

Step five: Printing test for each order and colors.

Patent control is important:

Controlled line diameter +/-0.03mm, filament should be testing on the producing.

If tolerance is over +/-0.03mm, filament can pass hole 1.78mm and warning and production automatic stopped.

So all filament controlled +/-0.02mm 100% quality.
