α-β AL2O3 Fused Cast Alumina Refractory Brick for Glass Furnace
The Description:
The cast α-β-Al2O3 material contains about 45% α-Al2O3 and 55% β-Al2O3 phase, the impurity is about 1%, and the porosity is 2%. The fused β-Al2O3 is mainly composed of large grain β-Al2O3, the impurity phase is negligible, and the porosity is about 4%. Casting α-β or βAl2O3 material does not contain glass phase, and there is no refractory crystal phase, does not have an adverse effect on the quality of glass, and has good resistance to the erosion of sodium-calcium glass or alkali vapor below 1350ºC. Therefore, α-β-Al2O3 materials are widely used in cooling parts. The β-Al2O3 material is used for the upper structure of the dust-free part of the cooling part.
The α-β-Al2O3 fused casting material has hardly changed after 4-8 years of use as the arch of the all-oxygen combustion glass kiln. Alpha-β-al2o3 fused casting material as arch brick can be used for at least 2 kilns. Therefore, α-β-Al2O3 brick is the material of the upper structure of the all-oxygen glass kiln.

Application:
Fused zirconium corundum brick refers to the use of industrial alumina powder and selected zircon sand as raw materials, made of ZrO2 content of 33%~45% refractory products. Fused zirconium corundum brick is mainly used in glass industry tank kiln, glass electric kiln, slide in steel industry, bubble alkali industry kiln and other kiln refractory materials with high temperature and erosion resistance.
