Our state-of-the-art factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It is approximately 40 minutes by plane or 4 hours by train from Shanghai. We will ensure you are picked up from the airport or station.

3. What is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. For urgent requirements, we can expedite the process to around 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We also accept an Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What kind of packaging do you use for the product?
The product is meticulously coated with anti-corrosion oil, securely covered with plastic film, and, if needed, packaged in a sturdy wooden box at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our expert engineers can visit your factory for installation. Customers need to prepare materials for testing the machine beforehand and cover the expenses of our technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa costs, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from departure until arrival back at the factory.
7.What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
8. What after-sales services does your company provide?
We offer prompt, free replacement parts whenever needed to ensure uninterrupted operation.
