XN-M412 Introduction and Detail description:
XN-M412 series steam turbines are single-stage back-pressure steam turbines. The flow passage adopts a double-row compound speed stage. The turbine speed is 1000-3000r/min and the output power range is 300-3000KW. The governing system adopts a mechanical hydraulic governor, electronic governor, or electro-hydraulic governing system, and the lean oil station concentrates on compulsory lubrication (or self-lubrication of oil throwing ring). The arrangement can be either single-layer or double-layer.
The outstanding advantage of XN-M412 series backpressure steam turbines is that they are directly connected with the dragged equipment (blower or circulating water pump) with the working speed of 1000r/min or 1500r/min, and the working speed of the steam turbine is 1000r/min or 1500r/min (the normal speed of the steam turbine is 3000r/min, and the gearbox is reduced to 1500r/min and connected with the dragged equipment), thus eliminating the gearbox and the gearbox. The thin oil station will reduce the purchasing cost and save the installation space for users. At the same time, because of the absence of gearboxes and thin oil stations, the reliability and safety of the units are improved.
