Large Frame Type Platen Rubber Vulcanizing Machine/Rubber Curing Press
1. Usage:
Mainly used for vulcanization flat with tape (such as conveyor belts, transmission belts, flat belts for short).
2. Features:
The machine has a hot plate area of high pressure, less reliable equipment operation and maintenance, etc., at a certain distance down the center, allowing the installation of larger diameter hydraulic cylinder, thereby reducing the number of cylinders, and the structure is simple, low maintenance.
Reasonable force on the beam, the required section modulus smaller than the column, you can reduce weight. Manufacture and installation is simple, concealed piping configuration, the whole shape and tidy appearance.
Box-type single flat belt vulcanizing machine frame plate lateral stiffness worse than the column, but due to the rack frame vulcanizing machines are made of a combination of multiple frame plate, so the machine has sufficient lateral stiffness.
