| This furnace is mainly used for bright annealing or spheroidizing heat treatment of metal and alloy coils. It is a kind of periodic heat treatment equipment, which has the characteristics of non-oxidation and energy saving. This furnace is suitable for non-oxidation heating and high-temperature annealing below 950ºC. The airtightness is good, the heating in the pot is even, the temperature is relatively uniform, which greatly saves energy, and the operation is very convenient. The furnace shell is an ultra-sturdy frame welded by 12# section steel and a qualified thick steel plate. The entire furnace lining is a complete refractory fiber structure.
