Cable Wire Single Twist Stranding Twisting Bunching Making Machine

Wire cable twisting machine for Producing Cored Wire and copper cable suitable for cable bobbin DM800 equipped with wire inlet with 19 holes.

Application: it is used for the assembly of multi-cored wire of more than two strands.

Main technical aparameters are as follows:

a. stranding limit: applicable to multi-cored wire assembly of more than two strands.
b. rotating speed: maximum 600RPM,below 550RPM when stable operation
c. wire feeding diameter: Φ1~4mm(cored wire)
d. assembly wire diameter :Φ12MM(cored wire, maximum)
e. diameter of towing wheel: Φ300MM 4 grooves the surface of aluminum alloy anode treatment .
f. pitch:30mm-150mm(gear type replace pitch, one pitch about at intervals of 20mm)
g. stranding direction:Both left and right stranding direction
h. coiling bobbin: Φ630*420*100mm and Φ800*600*100mm
i. loading or unloading of bobbin: electric hydraulic lifting
