High Alumina Refractory Insulating Brick, Insulation Brick, also known as light weight high alumina brick, mainly contain more than 48% alumina oxide. This kind of brick does not directly exposed to high temperature inside kilns or furnaces, it only built closely to the kiln wall as insulation layers.

It's mainly used for building heat insulating walls or heat preserving walls, which is basically for preserving or insulating heat.

a. Bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. There will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm

Capacity:

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
