PS series Disc Brake System is used for drilling rigsworkover rigs and well hoister. The PS series hydraulic disc brake system consists of three parts;brake actuation mechanism,hydraulic station and operation panel.These three parts are connected through hydraulic pipeline,The hydraulic station is the hydraulic power supply unit,which provides necessary hydraulic power for the actuation mechanism;the operation panel is the hydraulic power control unit;the action mechanism is the braking actuation unit,which consists of braking calipercaliper frame and friction disc,and the braking calipers include normal open service calipers and normal closed safety calipers.

float cylinder are designed,and disc springs are used in the cylinder.
7,The double hydraulic circles are used on the service calipers and safety calipers
8,Redundant design is used in the system.Its safety and reliability are enhanced by
Double circles and multiple protections.
9,The structure of inner box and outside box in the hydraulic system is used,and so
the system is apt to the oil field operation condition.
10,Two control models can be selected:manual and electric control.
11,Brake pads are Replaced and the braking clearance is readjusted simply and fast.
