Q1: Are you a factory or trading company ?
A: We are a cosmetic manufacturing vendor with vertical set-up, which means we have a great control of supply chain and we are cost-effective.
Q2: Do you supply free samples before bulk ordering ?
A: If the sample quantity is not big ,we will try to apply for free .If big ,we need to charge some cost .Then courier cost should be covered by yourself .
Q3: What's your MOQ if I want to print my own brand/logo ?
A: Usually MOQ 500 pcs for our common items ,if newly design or special meterial ,MOQ 2000 pcs .
Q4: Could I do customize ,but I can't reach your MOQ ,what should i do ?
A: Under this condition ,you can contact with our sales and check our recent order schedule ,if we have same or similar product is going to do mass production and you can accept ,you can place a smaller order under our MOQ ,we would be very glad to assist .
Q5: How to Make Payment ?
A: We accept payment by T/T or West Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, Alibaba Pay Later and so on. We recommend you can choose alibaba credit guarantee service, so that the rights and interests of both parties can be more effectively protected.
Q6: How soon can i get my order after payment ?
1. Sample order time : about 3 to 7 days according to the complexity of the sample .
2. Bulk order time : about 13 to 24 days ,depending on product order details .
3. If urgent ,we can speed up as we are manufacturer of owning factory.
