1.Hammer mill------feed plant:
This is the size reduction process of the palm leaves complete mobile wood pellet line. The recommended raw materials should maintain a diameter which is less than 20mm, and after the process, the diameter of the raw materials is about 3-5mm.
1).Widely used in feed mills, food factories, livestock farms, etc;
2).Used for crushing various kinds of pellet raw materials such as corn, sorghum, wheat, bean, wood chip, etc; it's an ideal general type hammer mill;
3).Rotor has passed high precision balance test; small vibration and long service life
4).The hammer, screen and pin axle have gone through special heat treatment; they have a long service life and high crushing effect;
2.Feed Mixer------Feed Plant:
The feed mixer will mix different raw material together for making feed pellets.
1). Mixing machine suitable for mixing concentrated feed, kinds of grains powder, etc.
2). Advantages of Special design with discharging door, quick dischange,less resides.
3). There is a pipe with the mixer for adding liquid or oil before mixing.
3.Pelletizing System------Feed Plant:
1).This pellet machine is small volume, save the electricity, low noise and can adjust the feeding speed.
2).The ring mould hole can beφ2.5, φ3, φ4, φ5, φ6, φ8mm for users option.
3).The machine is with security device, can prevent the iron impurities mixed in processing, also equipped with safety pin device,for overload protection.
