 1,Before test pleas fixed the dummy(According to GB T18029.8 10.3 requirement )
 2,under the dummy placed foam pads(According to GB T18029.8 10.5 requriement)
 3, Foam pad should be slightly larger than the dummy thigh
 4, When the wheelchair should not fall horizontal movement
 5, Ferry's swing angle should not exceed 45 degree ( Should the electric wheelchair should release the drive system to rotate the wheel during the test )
