Product Description

No chloride MGSO4 board as base panel

Magnesium Sulfate board has some characteristics, such as high temperature resistant, flame retardantm sound absorption, shockproof, insect prevention, anti-corrosion, non-toxic, non-smell and pollution free.

As the A1 fireproof material, MgSO4 board can be directly painted, direct be laminated, can be fixed by pneaumatic nail, directly using tile facing. The board surface can be better colored.

High strength, resistance to bending and toughness, can be nailed, can be saw, can be sticky, it is easy to decorate. Can also be combined with other insulation materials to make composite insulation sheet.

Leather thickness is 1.6mm. Our base MgSO4 board is 15mm. So the final flooring thickness is close to 16mm. The laminated PVC leather is smooth and waterproof. So it's safe to use and easy for cleanning. Excellent for prefab houses, container houses etc since it doesn't need any treatment after installation. The installation uses screws and steel profiles.Painting joint agent to make the seams invisible.

In all, the PVC leather laminate flooring is waterproof, fireproof, easy install, good look.

Comparison between MgO and MgSO4 boards

Nowadays, MGO Board consists of Magnesium Oxide Board and Magnesium Sulphate Board. The raw material of Magnesium Oxide Board is mainly MgO, MgCl2,non-woven fabrics,high quality fiberglass,perlit and chips while the Magnesium Sulphate Board mainly consists of MgO,MgSO4, non-woven fabrics, high quality fiberglass,perlit and chips. The mainly difference between them are MgCl2 and MgSO4. Chloride ion means that some of the special type of the Magnesium Oxide Board that include Mgcl2 will mainly get damp, color fading and will corroding metal while MgSO4 means Magnesium Sulphate board will not get damp and will not corroding metal, have better impact strength but will be more expensive than Magnesium Oxide Board.
