1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a ture manufacturer. With more than 20 years of mirror processing experiences for abroad, we have well-found mirror processing facilities and professional technology to guarantee the quality and service.
2. Can we do custom on the mirror or do our own design
All customization are acceptable for us and we are able to do your own design as well. ODM or OEM is acceptable. Let's contact us for details.
3.Do you provide after sale service?
Yes, we can provide services from sales, manufacture, installation and all the technical support.
4. Can you ship the product to Amazon?
Yes, we are able to ship to Amazon FBA. We do that a lot.
5. Do you have samples available for quality checking?
Samples are warmly welcomed by us, however samples cost and shipping is bared by buyer. and samples cost is refundable for future order.
6. Do you have certificates?
TUV / GS/ETL /CE /ROHS are available for us and also we have design patent for our mirror.
7. Do you have other mirror expect for led mirror?
We have various mirror available, like led makeup mirror, mirror without light, led bathroom mirror, mirror with bluetooth speaker, mirror with frame and frame less mirror ect.
8.How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
