Product description
JCZ5 series is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor high-voltage switch control equipment, suitable for rated voltage up to and including 12kV voltage grade, rated current 630A power system,to control high-voltage electrical equipment and frequent operation.often with F-C ark. also widely used in high-voltage capacitor reactive power compensation devices.
The contactor complies with GB/T 14808,IEC 60470 and JB/T 7122 standard,the main performance indicators have reached the international level.
Product features
Main circuit
1.The integral frame structure is adopted to ensure the insulation and provide sufficient mechanical strength at the same time.
2.Vacuum switch tube is made by domestic famous manufacturers. Mature technology, reliable quality and good market reputation.
3.The 630A current level adopts double moving end connection of end face and conductive clamp, which makes it more reliable with low resistance and low temperature rise.
4.The conducting bar is beautiful and durable, and the upper end has two modes of horizontal connection or vertical connection, which is convenient for users.
Electromagnetic system
1.The unique built-in large capacity sealed auxiliary switch in similar products greatly improves the reliability and safety of auxiliary switch.
2.It adopts double coil electromagnetic system, and the matching characteristic with action force is better than that of single coil.
3.The operation structure is optimized to reduce the starting power and holding power of the coil, so the temperature rise is low, the service life is long and the reliability is more.
4.The limiting buffer is set at the opening limit position of the movable armature to eliminate the hidden trouble caused by the excessive rebound amplitude of the opening. At the same time, the auxiliary switch head also uses buffer to reduce the action impact force and improve the reliability of the auxiliary switch.
Action structure
1.The flexible support of the rotating shaft, no clamping force and small axial movement improve the action performance and consistency.
2.The reasonable action mechanism ensures the axial movement coaxiality of the vacuum tube moving conducting rod, and improves the performance and reliability of the contactor.
3.The contact pressure of the main contact is enhanced to improve the electrical performance and action characteristics. The index is better than similar products.
4.The mechanical retaining device is self-contained, with reasonable structure and more reliable use.
